An intoxicated man was arrested for flipping an ATV at around 4 am on north farm-to-market road 2311. A woman passenger was ejected from the ATV and suffered serious injuries. She has been taken to the hospital for treatment.
The driver has been charged with a third-degree felony charge of intoxicated assault causing serious bodily injury.
