Police are investigating a fiery crash in Waco, Texas. A big rig truck was traveling north when it crashed into another tractor-trailer rig parked on the shoulder of I-35. The truck on the side of the highway was carrying hazardous materials, and both trucks burst into flames. The driver of the truck parked on the side of the highway was not present at the scene of the accident, but the driver of the other truck was badly hurt. He was taking to Parkland Medical Center in Dallas.
